Lafayette, IN: The Bronchos overcame a 12-0 deficit to win 47-26 at Harrison. In a game that spanned 3 hours and 15 minutes, both sides were harmed in the penalty game with 30+ flags thrown in the game with numerous unsportsmanlikes on both sides.

1st Quarter:

Harrison came out firing to start the game getting the ball first and scoring from one on a QB sneak from SR QB Landon Nicoloff. The next possession was an INT by Gabriel Maxwell giving the Raiders excellent field position. With 5:38 in the 1st Nicoloff threw an 8 yard TD to Zion Clapton. Jeff answered soon enough though as Marquis Adkins scored his first TD of the night from one yard out. A huge third down stop finished out the quarter at 12-7 in favor of the Raiders.

2nd: The Second Quarter was all Jeff, as they opened it up with a 30 yard strike to Deon Brown to take the lead. The Bronchos never looked back from their as Trysten Barrett found his favorite target in Bryce Vanostran for an 80 yard bomb. Adkins then shortly followed that with his second rushing TD this time from two yards away. The only falter in the Quarter was another INT from Barrett to Brady Hencheon. Minnesota commit Aaden Aytch had a pair of sacks in the frame and Antonio White finished off the half with a 27 reception TD. 34-12 at the half

3rd: Not much of note happened in the 3rd, one sack from Paul Walgamuth of Jeff and another rushing Touchdown from Nicoloff brought the score to 34-19 and the score stayed that way all quarter.

4th: Adkins punched in two more for a total of four rushing TD’s on the day to bring Jeff to 46 points. Nicoloff snuck another one from the 1-yard line to bring the score to 47-26. That was the final despite the Raiders recovering the rare onside kick attempt.

A sloppy game for both sides as both will have work to do for next week as Jeff travels to Richmond and Harrison travels to North Central
