It’s been an eventful week for Indiana Preps, with several of the state’s top prospects announcing their commitments. It’s been widely expected for Ben Davis athlete, Reese Taylor to stay put and pick Indiana. Taylor chose the Hoosiers over fellow B1G members Wisconsin and Iowa. The Hawkeyes did receive a early commitment from one of the state’s top 2019 prospects in Decatur Central defensive back Larry Tracy. Tracy slated to join his cousin Tyrone Tracy, an offensive playmaker apart of the 2018 class.
The announcement of the week belonged to INPrep50 no.2 ranked player in the 2018 class, Lawrence Central linebacker Cameron McGrone. Coming off a visit to Ann Arbor for the annual BBQ at the Big House, McGrone felt that was enough to make Michigan his home at the next level the following Monday. INPrep50 top 2 prospects are Michigan commits.
