Indianapolis Decatur Central Quarterback Tommy Stevens has a very impressive offer list from some of the top programs in the nation. That includes BIG10 and Rose Bowl Champion, Michigan State. It’s the Indiana Hoosiers who ended up winning this BIG 10 battle when Tommy Stevens announced his commitment to the Hoosiers today.
Tommy becomes the second in-state player to commit to Indiana representing the class of 2015. He joins Westfield DE Jacob Robinson as Hoosier commitments.
