Decatur Central 2015 Quarterback Tommy Stevens, is up to 12 FBS scholarship offers. He maintains that there isn’t a clear cut leader among the suitors that include the likes of Indiana, Michigan State, Purdue, Nebraska and NC State. It is expected that he may reach as many as 20 offers before the Fall season. However he is set to make a Top 5 announcement at the end of April. He told us to expect a commitment to come soon after.
