Avon standout running back Sampson James has added a couple of offers that make the statement he has arrived on the national stage. Florida State and Georgia are the latest to offer James. The senior-to-be currently holds offers from Midwest perennial powers in Ohio State, Michigan and Notre Dame.
Ohio State is said to be the likely front-runner. James is now garnering national attention, it is only a matter of time before the Bama’s of the world come knocking. On February 8th, we posted on Twitter this very question about James becoming a national recruit and the likes of Kirby Smart offering the Hoosier native.
Sampson James rushed for 1782 yards on 243 rushes while adding 22 total touchdowns during the 2017 season. James is a front-runner for the Indiana Preps player of the year for 2018.
