Key Factors
No.1 ranked Ben Davis is led by a Senior Quarterback in Kyle Castner, who has the experience and ability to lead the Giants to Lucas Oil. Running Back Dorian Tate is underrated and will run behind a solid offensive line led by a division one recruit in Justin Brandon. The defensive line is anchored by run stopper and Cincinnati recruit Norman Oglesby. One of the nations best resides at linebacker in Asmar Bilal, who will give offenses fits from sideline to sideline. However, the player who could have a huge impact is Chris Evans. He can score a number of ways.

No.2 ranked Cathedral doesn’t have Terry McLaurin, but that will not stop the Irish from scoring a ton this year. Next in line for the programs “cradle of quarterbacks” is Junior Max Bortenschlager, who is on his way to be the first 2 year starter at Cathedral since former Hoosier Kofi Hughes. A talented running backs corps led by 1,000+ yard rusher Caleb Cross. Offensive lineman and Northwestern recruit Jared Thomas is one of the best at his position in the Midwest. Look for sophomore defensive back Ben Stewart to have a breakout season and land on college radars.

Winner

BEN DAVIS 35-20
It’s going to be an epic match-up, but the Giants will be too athletic for the Irish.
