IndianaPreps Top 50 Safety/Linebacker Drue Tranquill announced his commitment for the Purdue Boilermakers during a press conference on Tuesday at Fort Wayne Carroll High School. Tranquill chose the Boilermakers over Indiana and Cincinnati, who were among the final 3 schools. Coach Hazell, his staff and location were the deciding factors for Tranquill.

Drue Tranquill is the third Indiana Prep player to commit to Coach Hazell’s program, joining Mishawaka Marian’s Kirk Barron and Lake Central’s Gelen Robinson.
