Bailey Sinish’s senior season left little room for debate. The Carroll Chargers standout and Indiana University Indianapolis recruit has been named the 2025 Indiana Preps Volleyball Player of the Year after leading Carroll to a perfect 37–0 record and a second consecutive Class 4A state championship. Carroll dropped just four sets all season, a reflection of both its dominance and Sinish’s ability to control matches in every phase of the game.
Sinish finished the year with 557 kills while hitting .421, anchoring one of the most efficient and balanced attacks in the state. Her impact extended well beyond the pin: she added 336 serve receptions, 219 digs, 62 aces, and 47 blocks, consistently influencing points on both sides of the net. The season capped a career in which she rewrote the Carroll record book, holding school marks for kills in a match, career kills, and season kills—a testament to both longevity and sustained excellence.
Her individual accolades mirror the Chargers’ team success. Sinish was recognized as an Indiana Miss Volleyball, a MaxPreps Player of the Year finalist, MaxPreps 1st-Team All America, a Gatorade Player of the Year finalist, and an AVCA All-American Second Team selection. Away from the court, her athletic profile is equally notable, as she also holds the Carroll High School high jump record, underscoring the explosiveness and versatility that define her game.
As Carroll closes another championship season and Sinish prepares for the next level, her senior year stands as one of the most complete and efficient campaigns in recent Indiana volleyball history—measured not by spectacle, but by sustained performance, consistency, and winning.
