Due to the latest announcement made by Governor Holcomb, pertaining to extending Phase 4.5, our camp will make the necessary adjustments to abide by state regulations.

Middle School Session – 9:00am – 11:30am

There are no changes for this session. Check-in will start promptly at 8:00am. Please stay in your cars, until 8:00am. Maintain 6-feet of distance when standing in line to be checked in. Only immediate family will be allowed into the facility.

High School Session – 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Check-in will start promptly at 11:00am. However, no one will be allowed into the facility until 12:30pm. Maintain 6-feet of distance when standing in line to be checked in. Only 100 people will be allowed to check in at a time. Once you’re checked in, you will take your camp picture, and then asked to return to your vehicle. We will open the gate at 12:30pm. Due to our camp numbers, we can not allow spectators for the high school session. Parents or guardian, please return to pickup your camper at 4:00pm. Remain in your vehicle. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The high school session will utilize turf and grass fields, to adhere to the 250 maximum gathering. We will do our best to capture players for our livefeed and taped programming for our YouTube channel. Search IndianaPreps.

Entering Facility Guidelines

Every person will receive a temperature check and asked questions pertaining to covid-19. Temperature reading must be below 100.4 to enter. If the reading is higher, the person will be asked to stand in a shaded area for 5-7 minutes, and we will conduct the temperature check again. If the the reading remains higher than 100.4, the camper and/or spectator will be asked to leave.

Masks are mandatory. We will provide campers and spectators with masks. We have six sanitizing stations stations. Each coach/staff will have disinfectant spray at their drills. Quarterbacks please bring your own ball. We will spray footballs and use disinfect wipes in between drills.
