Heidorn nailed 13 out of 15 field goals this season, with a long of 45 yards. He was as effecient in PATs converting 52 of 56 attempts. For his career, he’s made 88 of 93 PATs.

Defensive Player of the Year

The 6’1 215 linebacker and Michigan commit was back to his dominant self after suffering a season ending knee injury during his junior campaign. McGrone racked up 84 tackles, 14 tackles for a loss and 4 sacks this season.

Offensive Player of the Year
Tyrone Tracy
Decatur Central
Iowa Hawkeyes recruit Tyrone Tracy was one of the most exciting players this season. He was electrifiying every time he touched the football. Tracy rushed for 1,412 yards and 13 touchdowns and was as effective catch the ball, hauling in 54 catches for 1,132 yards and 16 TDs.

Indiana Preps Player of the Year
Reese Taylor
Ben Davis
Reese Taylor will go down as one of the most prolific high school football players in Indiana history. His performances were magical, his nickname “Hudini” rightfully so, had him disappearing in opposing tackler’s arms. The Indiana Hoosier recruit used his legs and arms to put up a record number of points all season. Taylor threw for 3,150 yards and 40 touchdowns, while rushing for nearly 1,000 yards and 15 touchdowns on the ground. Taylor led his Ben Davis Giants to a perfect 14-0 season, capturing the class 6A title.
