No.21 ranked Columbus North cruised to a convincing victory 42-0 over crosstown rival Columbus East, led by a standout performance from their junior quarterback Asher Ratliff, who threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more, spearheading the Bull Dogs’ rushing attack.
Senior running back Gino Scott delivered his first 100+ yard game of the season, consistently breaking down the Olympian defense. Kent State commit Garrett Long was sensational on both sides of the ball, leading the Bull Dogs in receiving yards and recording 2.5 sacks on defense. Senior wideout Braylon Thoman also shined, making crucial plays throughout the night, including two touchdown receptions.

Columbus East had a brief moment of hope early in the game when senior Jared Brooks returned an interception 50 yards, but it proved to be their lone highlight. The Olympians struggled offensively, being outgained 470-59 in a tough outing.
