Indiana Preps Quick Hits

Week 1:

North Side (Fort Wayne) Senior quarterback Duce Taylor is as good as advertised. All offseason, the gunslinger showcased his skills, earning MVP honors at our Winter Showcase and other camps. His quick release, pin-point accuracy and the ability to throw on the move was on display in the Legends win over a talented Snider team. His Friday stat line was off the charts. Taylor went 18 for 26, 378 yards and 5 touchdowns.

We see you Cathedral! You have our full attention. The 9th ranked Irish went into 8th ranked Westfield’s house and defeated the Shamrocks 56-20. The Irish offense put up big numbers with a balanced attack, with 226 yards rushing and 201 yards through the air.

Brownsburg head coach John Hart is now 4-0 in season openers since taking over the program in 2016. The 3rd ranked Bulldogs dominated 6th ranked Ben Davis in a 38-7 win.

Center Grove defensive lineman Caden Curry received an offer from Florida on Saturday. The INPrep50 no.1 ranked prospect has power-5 offers from the likes of Alabama, Ohio State and Clemson.
