Fort Wayne Bishop Luers is known for two things; state championships and college prospects. Luers has produced some of the top football players in the last decade including Notre Dame All American linebacker Jaylon Smith. It seems that sophomore wide receiver Dashon Bussell is the next to catch fire for the Luers program. Bussell shared catching duties with Ohio State recruit Austin Mack, but was able to produce some strong numbers.
When watching his film, he possesses all the tools and looks eerily similar to Mack a few years ago. He’s 6’2 175 with good speed and when the ball is in the air he goes after it.
Several FBS schools are beginning to take notice of Bussell. He visited Notre Dame this past weekend.
