2014 WR JonVea’ Johnson lands his 3rd offer today coming from Eastern Michigan. The talented wideout is seeing his stock soar over the Spring playing on the Core6 7on7 team out of Chicago and Johnson’s recruiting momentum is building heading into Summer. Westside Head Coach Jason Johnson describes the receiver as fearless and the go to player when a big play is needed. Also calls him reliable, versatile and possess great hands with deceptive speed. “He’d have 2000 yards if the #36 ATH in the nation wasn’t catching half of the balls. He’s that good!” said Head Coach Jason Johnson. JonVea Johnson who landed his first offer from Cincinnati, describes the team as winners and currently has the Bearcats in the lead. He is excited about all offers but says he’s yet to visit Ball State. Johnson shared with us that he has a coveted offer he is seeking, but we’ll wait to see if it unfolds for the receiver.
